My experience also includes working with Girlguiding UK (ages 6–10), where I help children build confidence, independence, and social skills in a fun and inclusive environment.

My Experience

Parents say
Mostly glowing feedback praises a calm, kind, and attentive babysitter who bonds well with children, including twins and babies, and handles homework and activities confidently. However, one review describes a highly unreliable, unprofessional experience involving cancelled plans and unanswered communication.

We had a discussion and agreed on a date and time range. Shraddha asked for my address and contact details which I immediately provided. On the day of the meeting, she deliberately sends a message saying our conversation was “broken” and she suddenly couldn’t understand anything we discussed, after agreeing to date, time and me sending my address and phone number. I tried to call her but my calls were left unanswered and my WhatsApp messages too. it is obvious she switched off her phone to prevent being contacted by me.
this is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I had an urgent need to fill in and had cancelled my conversation with the other providers when Shraddha confirmed her availability to provide her service.
Anyone dealing with this provider should know that she is unreliable and can switch off on you after plans are made and details confirmed.

Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify the timeline of our conversation, as safety and clear agreements are essential before starting any childcare job.
Late-Night Communication: Our initial inquiry began late in the evening. At 12:16 AM, you mentioned having both a 2-month-old baby and a 2-year-old toddler.
Unconfirmed Scope of Care: At 12:38 AM, I explicitly asked whether you needed care for the baby only or for both children. This crucial detail—along with address information—was left unanswered until 2:01 AM–2:02 AM, well past reasonable hours.
No Confirmed Booking: Trying to plan and finalize a booking at 2:00 AM for a 10:00 AM start the same morning without fundamental details confirmed overnight does not allow adequate preparation time. Because key parameters were not agreed upon before the morning of the service, no booking was ever finalized.
It is not possible to accept last-minute jobs arranged at 2 AM without clear information confirmed in advance. While I regret any frustration this caused, ensuring full clarity and child safety before entering a home must always come first.
Shraddha is a calm and kind babysitter. My son spent some nice time with her doing various activities and also Y1 homework and the day after he asked me to see her again.

Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m really glad to hear that he enjoyed our time together — we had a wonderful time doing activities and his Year 1 homework. I’d be very happy to spend more time with him again soon! 😊
It was 1st time, but I can only say very good carer. My girl is very happy. Highly recommended and will need more in future. Thank you.
