Welcome to Lantas Little Learners Home.

Here is a little bit about myself and what I provide.
I am a professional, hard-working, trustworthy, reliable, fun, and friendly individual who really enjoys her profession.
I have worked in childcare for over 13 years within a number of settings, which include nurseries as an early year educator and room leader. Ages from newborn to 5 years.
I also have 6 years of experience with nannying. Ages ranging from newborn to 9 years old.

In my previous nanny job, I was looking after 6 children from one family, from the ages of newborn to 9 years, which included twins.
I have much experience with working with a range of different age groups, multiple children at once, and twin experience.
I am able to extend a childs learning and development through using the EYFS, through play, and a variety of activities according to their interest.
I have my own two children, who will be 2.5 years and 6 months old, who will be within the home nursery also from January 2026.

I am a driver and a homeowner with a lovely large garden.
There are plenty of activities within my home, such as the main play room. This includes a variety of educational toys, reading areas, sensory toys, construction, role play toys, puzzles, and more. Another room we use is for our wonderful play kitchen, our arts and crafts, and messy play. Also, taking part in home baking, making healthy cookies, cakes,
really, the list could go on. There is plenty of space here for all the children to enjoy.

Outside, the garden is very spacious, with many activities such as a mud kitchen, water, sand play, bikes, and much more. That is without our creativity and activities we do ourselves in the garden.
If we want to venture out and explore more, there are many playgrounds within walking distance from the home. Forests, a range of softplays, playgroups, trips to the farm, and much more.
Going out and exploring is part of a childs development, socialising, and understanding the world. It is such an important part of their development, which I like to incorporate.

As there will be fewer children within my home, I am able to really focus and engage with each child and their needs. Extended their learning, development, and socialising with other children. It is a wonderful, safe environment, with fun days out, plenty of activities, and more.
