My Experience
I worked 4 years as a Early Years Practitioner in a nursery, being responsible of providing children with basic care like feeding, changing, ensuring children are comfortable and healthy.
encouraging and promoting children learning and development in all prime and specific areas, as stated in Development Matters. Therefore in a holistic way, through planning upon children’s interest and implementing of age-appropriate activities.
I also attend to observe children’s progress, keeping records and sharing information with parents to support their child’s development, through the use of appropriate digital platforms.
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children reporting any concerns or incidents to the appropriate authority, adhering to safeguarding procedures.
