About Me
I’m an LSE master’s student in Development Management with a professional background in humanitarian and development leadership, currently seeking a part-time babysitting opportunity while completing my dissertation.
My Experience
With over seven years of international experience working in Colombia, Venezuela, and Ukraine, I’ve led teams and managed humanitarian programmes supporting children and families affected by conflict, displacement, and human rights violations.
My work has required strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, cross-cultural communication, and the ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure—all of which translate naturally into childcare settings. I’m warm, attentive, and deeply committed to creating safe, nurturing environments for children of all ages.
I am a very versatile person. Between 2017 and 2019, I also worked in hospitality in Queenstown, New Zealand, providing excellent client service across various roles, including hotel housekeeping, car wash operations, and landscaping. These experiences sharpened my sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.

Expert in Social Evaluation of Projects, Bogota, Colombia
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Bogota, Colombia
Work Experience:
8+ years of experience working with the Government of Colombia and with International NGOs in humanitarian assistance in Colombia, Venezuela and Ukraine.
Soft Skills or Professional Background:
- Leadership in child-focused programs working with kids in humanitarian settings, at both the implementation and design of social projects.
- Experience working in high-responsibility roles under pressure
- Strong communication
- Patience, empathy, and responsibility
- Crisis management or emergency response
- Multicultural sensitivity (especially relevant in diverse family environments)
My Availability
I prefer shifts after 6 PM, but I’m also open to early mornings and overnight care when needed—happy to discuss what works best for your family.
