About Me
Hello! My name is Rachel and I have over 13 years of experience working with children in a variety of roles. I started my childcare journey as a registered childminder and was proud to receive an Outstanding rating in my first Ofsted inspection. From there, I became a Room Leader at a local nursery, where I gained valuable experience supporting early years development.
In 2019, I completed a PGCE and achieved Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), allowing me to broaden my work with primary-aged children. I currently tutor children aged 9–10 in preparation for the Eleven Plus entrance exams and also provide support in core subjects such as English and Maths across the primary and senior age range.

My Experience
My experience has given me a strong understanding of child development, learning styles, and how to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for all children.
As a qualified teacher I am also able to offer tutoring on a one to one basis over a range of ages.
