My Experience
Working as a passenger assistant, my main responsibilities were to assist in the transport of young children and children with additional needs to and from school. Making sure they were comfortable, safe and entertained on their journey. I learnt skills such as working with additional needs, patience, organisation and time keeping skills. Working here, I was often put in situations under a lot of pressure, where I can navigate well and can work well under. Having this job has made me realise how hard it can be for parents some times, and sometimes parents need a break too!
