My Experience
I began working with children in 2014 as an apprentice and have since built a strong and rewarding career in early years. Over six years, I completed both my Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications and have progressed from room leader to senior, and now a deputy manager.
I’m the Designated Safeguarding Lead at my workplace, with extensive knowledge of safeguarding laws and regulations. I have previously held the role of SENDCO, supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities through personalised care and learning approaches.
As well as my career, my parents have been foster carers for over 10 years, and I’ve played an active role in supporting and caring for children from a wide range of backgrounds and with a variety of needs.
I am confident in promoting children’s learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate experiences. I bring warmth, professionalism, and a deep passion for children’s wellbeing to every family I support.
My Qualifications
I hold a level 2 & 3 in Early Years Education - Food Hygiene - paediatric first aid - Safeguarding Level 3
My Availability
I’m available on weekends and evenings (depending on my work commitments - which I always know in advance), and I have my own car and full driver’s license, so I can travel locally.
