Hi I'm Jola, I'm 26, and I am an experienced childhood educator and musician from Australia. I moved to Glasgow in 2023 to study my masters in music at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and I graduated in July this year and have decided to continue living and working in Glasgow for the foreseeable future.
My Experience
I have 3 years of experience working in before and after school care in Brisbane, Australia. I also have experience working with children with disabilities and/or neurodivergence (in particular, ASD and ADHD). I am neurodivergent myself, so I am more than happy to work with neurodivergent children. I have been looking after children since I was 15 through babysitting and helping out at children's music workshops. I love looking after kids and I love being creative and exploring new ideas and concepts with kids. I love to cook and bake and I'm happy to prepare meals, as well as help with cleaning and assist with homework if needed. Thanks and don't hesitate to reach out!

I have three years of experience working at before and after school care at two different primary schools in Australia. I was employed by Centacare Brisbane for most of that period of time.
