About Me
I have qualifications in health and social care. After spending many afternoons looking after some of the local children in the surrounding area during the holidays, I’ve come to the realisation that I’d like to do it professionally. I love to be crafty and creative and come up with ideas to help teach and nurture children. I’m a keen baker and love to cook family meals and I’m particularly interested in knowing where food comes from knowing that what is being eaten is healthy and sustainable.
My Experience
I have many hours looking after children (of differing ages) in the local area taking them out for the day yet sticking to routine and ensuring they are all enjoying themselves despite being at varying capabilities. I have helped with homework on occasion but most importantly ensured they happy and healthy whilst under my care. I have been described as reliable and trustworthy, calm and caring putting the parents of the children I’ve looked after at ease.
