About Me
Hi! I’m Keelie, I’m 19 years old and currently looking to offer babysitting help locally. While I haven’t officially babysat other people’s children before, I’ve had lots of hands-on experience looking after my baby niece (newborn) and my 4-year-old nephew, which has given me a really good understanding of what children of different ages need. I also worked as a teaching assistant through an agency, supporting young children in a classroom setting, so I’m used to helping little ones learn, play, and stay safe in busy environments. I genuinely enjoy being around children—I’m patient, caring, and always happy to help out. I’m also very open to learning and growing with every opportunity!
My Experience
Most of my experience has come from family and working in schools. I regularly help care for my niece and nephew, which includes feeding, nappy changes, playtime, reading stories, and just being there when they need someone to talk to or laugh with. I’ve also worked as a teaching assistant, which gave me the chance to support children during lessons, help with classroom activities, and assist with supervision. That job really helped me build confidence working with children in different settings.
My Qualifications
I completed secondary school and hold a Level 1 Teaching Assistant qualification. I’ve also gained practical experience through my TA work in schools and caring for my niece and nephew. I take safety seriously, and I’m calm, reliable, and always willing to learn more.
My Availability
I’m currently quite flexible and happy to work around your needs! I’m available most weekdays (daytimes and evenings) and weekends as well. If you have specific times or dates in mind, just message me and I’ll do my best to fit it in.
