Hi! I am an extroverted, friendly and enthusiastic student at the University of Bristol, who has spent many years of her life working with children. I always aim to enjoy whatever it is that I am doing, and will utilise enriching tasks to ensure your child will also. My Experience
Hosting Children's Parties: I spent a year hosting children's birthday parties, which involved safeguarding and entertaining large groups of children at once. Through this experience, I learned how best to accustom myself to the needs of various behaviours in children, which helped develop my child-minding skills.
Tutoring: For two years, I taught English to a young Cantonese boy. I did this through creating and marking lesson plans, and actively encouraging when teaching. This helped develop my patience with children and understanding of how best to motivate them to comply.
Babysitting: I have spent many years of my life babysitting for my younger siblings and the children of family friends. This has included my 11-year-old niece and 8-year-old nephew, whom I frequently provide childcare for. This typically took the form of collecting them from school, helping them with their homework, making them dinner and then preparing them for bed.
