I have been in the childcare profession since i was 16 years old
I have worked in various private day nurseries. by the age of 22 i had worked my way up to deputy manger of a nursery at the same time i became the after- school manager. whilst in theses roles i decided to continue studying which was childminding. In 2008 i became a qualified childminder.

Emma looked after my son Quinn following a recommendation, my regular childminder needed to take some time off last minute and I urgently needed to find someone to look after my son. Emma very kindly stepped in and was very flexible and accommodating. Quinn loved going to Emma's everyday and was made to feel very welcome, loved and cherished. Quinn enjoyed various activities, outings, trips to playgroup and educational activities. Emma thoroughly enjoys her job and this shines through everyday, the children clearly buzz of her enthusiasm and zest for life. Emma has fair rules in place, boundaries that kids understood and were always learning. Emma put so much effort into Quinn's care, organised a special birthday party and I couldn't have asked for him to be treated any better. Emma is an outstanding childminder who has so much to give and I would highly recommend her. Quinn still continues to see Emma regularly and she looks after him when my regular childminder is away. Xx
