My son has been going to Rashi for 3 years! She is fantastic and her care is outstanding. The best part of her care is tailored pastoral care. She follows amazing curriculum with kids that is aligned with EYFS and combination of indoor and outdoor activities. We were aiming for private pre school admission so she ensured my son is well prepared for various assessment day and confident. She ensured my son have certain time dedicated to writing and reading. By the time my son was 4.5 he could do additions, subtraction, writing and reading. Due to Rashi’s efforts he was well ahead of national curriculum and easily got admission in the prep school . She provided home made fresh cooked food to kids which is highly nutritious. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

I have been fortunate to find a caring and supportive childminder in Rashi.
Over the years she has looked after both of my boys, the youngest since the he was 7 months, and they have developed a lovely close bond with Rashi. They thrived under the daily routines she has in place as well as the way she makes learning fun.
The structure Rashi gives from the moment I dropped off my sons to the moment I pick them up they fully benefitted from and it is wonderful seeing my second son going to Rashi as a baby and now, in July 2022, leaving to go to reception as a confident, independent and happy child.
Rashi is very hard working. The lessons she prepares and teaches are fun. Even teaching the children to say words and simple sentences in different languages was loved by my son. She shares resources with parents so we know what our children are learning, enabling me to continue working on his learning and understanding at home. Rashi shares pictures and videos of learning and playing activities; I love seeing and watching what my son has been up to.
Breakfast, lunch and snacks prepared daily are all fresh and loved by the children. So much so that one of my sons prefer Rashi's cooking to mine. But she has managed to get him eating fruits and vegetables so I am not complaining.
As a parent I found it easy to talk with Rashi especially when concerns or issues came up, nothing was too big or small to discuss. Rashi is always patient and willing to work with me to support my children's development and I am so grateful for her help, support and friendship over the years.
My sons and I will miss her dearly. Thank you Rashi

Rashi and her team have made our son feel so welcomed and loved. He started when he was about 1.5 years old and has never cried or not wanted to go to Rashis. They’ve helped him so much with his speech and social skills.
I’ve never had to worry about my son knowing he was with Rashi and her team as I knew they were taking excellent care of him and he was having an amazing time there.
Straight away I noticed he was picking up and learning things that was the theme of the month. Rashi would keep us updated on everything they were learning.
Our son loved the children there as well as all of the staff. I used to be very reassured that he was eating good home cooked food which actually expanded his taste buds to different foods.
Rashi and her team would take the kids out regularly to the park which my son really enjoyed.
They also have a soft play room which our son absolutely loved to go burn all his energy!
At the end of the day, we would get updates on the day and I was generally pleased with my sons progression. We would get regular daily updates through pictures and videos also which used to make me smile whilst at work.
Was extremely sad to leave as we had to move to a different area as it’s difficult to find someone else we could trust so well and to find someone who made our child feel so comfortable and loved.
We wish Rashi and her team all the best! Thank you for a wonderful service.

Our daughter attended Rashi's childcare for roughly one year between the ages of one and two years old. In that time, she has made tremendous progress, learning about the world around her (numbers, letters, animals etc), developing her emotional intelligence and social skills and even expanding her cultural horizons. It became clear quite quickly that our daughter enjoyed Rashi's setting and enjoyed her activities, regularly bringing home new ideas (new songs/ dances, yoga moves, counting in Spanish). She also became very fond of the other children and developed some deep connections to her peers.
Rashi is clearly invested in the wellbeing of the children and gives time to parents to address any concerns and works in tandem with the parents. Our daughter proved somewhat slow in her initial speech development, and Rashi worked with her to help bring her to speed. Together, we have all witnessed tremendous progress on that front.
Apart from her direct engagement with parents with respect to individual needs, Rashi provides a balanced and engaged setting - one marked by a love of music, dance and culture. Rashi creates monthly themes for the children and encourages parents to explore those themes with their children during time at home. Those themes are wonderful opportunities for children to learn more about the wider world around them and discover new topics of interest.
Beyond this, Rashi has access to a garden where the children can enjoy outdoor time but also takes them on longer day-trips further afield and regularly provides photo and video updates. Rashi provides refreshed weekly menus of home-cooked meals for the kids, which my daughter loved. Rashi also makes extra efforts to organize summer/ xmas parties for the children and their parents - a touching social reference point in which even older children come back to see her. My daughter was very attached to Rashi and to her friends, and I'm sure we will visit in the future as well.
Lastly, I would add that Rashi's team is very special - her assistants are kind and sensitive and deserve their own praise. Together, the team create a warm and nurturing environment for which I was extremely grateful.

Rashi and her staff have a wonderful way with the children. They are all very welcoming and kind and their great attitude made it so easy for our sons to settle. Rashi's home is a perfect setting for kids, she has separate rooms dedicated to different activities, access to outdoor space and they often go out on walks and to the park.
My boys loved the variety of the food, her home cooked food is perfect for children.
They did lots of singing, dancing, experiments with colours and paint and my boys were very happy to go there to play and spend time with their friends.It was fantastic to receive photos and videos of the the activities they had done which was shared individually with each parent.
Rashi and her team also make time to recognise birthdays and several cultural celebrations.
I would highly recommend Rashi and her staff to other parents.

Rashi has looked after our son 3 days a week for over 2 years and we have been very happy with all aspects of her care.
Rashi is always happy, calm and very patient. She has helped our son develop through various sensory, arts, crafts and seasonal activities. We love the mix of activities and days out that Rashi arranges for the children eg the farm, zoo, parks etc but with the care of a home setting. They do something everyday and our son always comes home with plenty to say! The children do singing, dancing, yoga, reading, nursery rhymes and one-on-one learning; my son vocab, counting has come on so well. Nutrition wise, very importantly, the variation, quantity and quality is perfect.
Without doubt the best start to your child’s early years life you could wish for.

My child attended Rashi's childminding service in 2019 aged 3 for approximately 6 months. Within this period Rashi very efficiently identified additional needs for my child. She professionally discussed this with me and confirmed my concerns that my child may be on the ASD spectrum. This was a previous concern of mine that the previous nursery did not raise or identify despite my concerns as my child was there for 18 months and we had to leave the setting due to poor transition.
Rashi very quickly contacted the SEND team and linked us in by supporting, attending with us & making the introductions. By doing this we were able to access the right support for our child and are to this day very grateful that Rashi was there through her very many years of experience able to identify and support us. She is very knowledgeable and has a good understanding of children with ASD traits and we would highly recommend her for children of all abilities.

I came to know of Rashi through neighbors who were all saying how great she is. Last March, I asked Rashi to help prepare my daughter for reception. My daughter had social anxiety according to a previous nursery. After staying with Rashi for a brief 5 months, I'm very happy to say that my daughter had a good start in reception. She has become very sociable (she can play with any kid she meets), she is excited to go to school every day, she is listens and follows instructions from other adults like her football coaches/school teachers. She has also become more independent. I am so proud and happy of the milestones that my daughter has accomplished. Much of it is because of the care and guidance from Rashi and her team. Rashi knew how to handle my daughter's situation - she didn't rush her at all. Rashi gradually built the trust - in the beginning, my daughter would only see Rashi for a few hours/days per week until it became 5 days per week. My daughter had so much fun and learned so much in Rashi's setting. Rashi prepared lot of activities - arts, outdoor play, baking etc. We will be eternally grateful for the all love and support that Rashi and her team has given our daughter. We feel very lucky to have Rashi care for our daughter. It is with tears that we say good bye to Rashi and we deeply regret not sending our daughter sooner. For any parent considering Rashi, please do not hesitate. We haven't met anymore more kind, caring, compassionate and capable as her.

I was so anxious going back to work and putting my 10 month old into child care.
Also, because of the nature of my job, I only get given my contract dates/location a week or so ahead of time. I decided that I wouldn't take the job if I didn't get a good feeling about childcare.
I reached out to Rashi and she was so accommodating and understanding.
Both her and Kamaljit were just wonderful with him. They sent me pictures/videos frequently so I could have peace of mind at work that he was happy, playing with other children (his first time doing so), and how his confidence was growing. Rashi was flexible with my working times, which I was so grateful for as I can't always conform to normal office times.
My son's development came on so much so quickly in the time he was there. I was so scared about what/how to feed him, and with Rashi, he began to eat a wide variety of foods safely, and now his appetite is huge!
After just over a week, he stopped being upset about me leaving him, and would happily lean in for Rashi or Kamaljit to pick him up.
It was with a heavy heart that our time with Rashi came to and end, but without a doubt, if/when my work takes me back to that area, I will be absolutely giving Rashi a call. I wish he could have stayed throughout all of his baby/toddler days as he ended up having so much fun and so many wonderful experiences and activities.

I would like to give 5 star review to Rashi.My kids loved being with her.The day was always planned with fun activities anf outings and kids always looked forward to being with Rashi. She is very kind and a considerate childminder. Highly recommended.
