My son went to Rashi's childcare full time for more than a year and he absolutely loved it. The care her team shows with the emphasis on learnings and exploration is unparalleled in the area. We have sent our child to alphabet in waterside park and bright horizons in east India and he could not settle there. Finally he got settled in with Rashi and Kamaljit within a week. She has tonnes of experience and can settle the child within minutes. Another advantages of her care is having kids of all ages in the same setup unlike the split which traditional nurseries has. Due to this, younger kids learn more from older kids and older kids build empathy and care towards younger ones. She takes request on working on areas where child needs help and gives good advice to parents to work on areas where kid is good. Food is healthy and child is taught to eat and finish his own food from very young age. Overally highly recommend her.

My son has been with Rashi since he was 4 months old and I had go back to work. From the first time I met Rashi I was taken with her warmth, kindness, authenticity, experience, knowledge and professionalism. She has an entire room set up for soft play and sensory tasks. There is another room set up for free play, with lots of toys, books, activities and space to move. Outside there is a big lawn also full of space to run around and play, and nearby is a park. They make beautiful homemade lunches fresh every day. During the 12 months my son has been there, he has thrived. He LOVES going to Rashi's and spending time with her, Kamaljit (her assistant), Raul (her son) and the other children, the place has a wonderful family feel to it. Rashi has also been a big support to me. As a first-time single Mum, she has shared tips with me when I've asked and we coordinate naps and responses between her place and mine so my son gets consistency and we get the best out of him. I love and appreciate the photos and videos she sends me of their activities during the day, you can see how much fun and joy they have. When I moved recently, my number one priority was staying in the area so I could keep my son at Rashi's – she is his second Mama! I have every intention of my son staying with Rashi and Kamaljit and thank my lucky stars that I found them!

Rashi and her Team have been looking after our girls for over a year and we have been very pleased and happy with what they have done to make our children feel welcome and stay focused. The children have learned so many educational and fun activities and were always given hot, fresh meals during Winter, particularly when children need good nutrition most.
We interviewed so many childminders but Rashi was the most focused and likeable person and has been very good with the girls focusing her efforts on the girls settling issues at the beginning which didn't last long, we can't thank Rashi enough.

As parents for a lovely 3-year-old that attends Rashi settling, we would, with no reservations, recommend Rashi’s service.
After a negative experience with a previous childminder I contacted Rashi and was immediately warm and welcoming inviting me to see her settling. I was so impressed with the way she has dedicated her house and created a safe environment for the kids. She has a soft play area that the kids love playing and a bigger room with all kind of toys. Also, she is using her back garden and she has toys there too for when it is nice outside.
She keeps in contact with us throughout the day, sending videos and photos to show us all the amazing activities and visits the children do. For us, Rashi’s settling is the safest, warmest and happiest environment a child can have.
Along with the day to day activities, she is always doing special things around the holiday for kids/parents. We had such a great Christmas Party in 2019, we created so many memories that we will cherish forever. Thank you, our amazing Rashi 😊
Only God knows how much I wanted her settling for our daughter and I am so grateful that she accepted to help us and be there for us all the time. If we ever had a concern about our daughter (potty training, tantrums, bottle etc) Rashi and her team are all there to assist, work with us and ultimately foster love, knowledge and kindness in our daughter.
Rashi is easily the most kind, loving individuals, patient, organized and very knowledgeable especially when it comes to childcare.
Our daughter loves her so much. We all do!

We've been using Rashi's childminding service for years, our (now) 4 year old daughter was in full-time care for 2 years and now that she's started school we're continuing to use Rashi for after-school care. While searching the Royal Docks area we met with several childminders but Rashi impressed us with her personality, certifications and her house which is entirely organised for kids to have a safe and enjoyable time. We've never had a single issue with the service over the years, pickups and dropoffs too have been flawless and Rashi very flexible with our requirements - and the activities, day trips, parties all keep the little ones very happy. If you need someone you can trust, and a place where your child will be excited to spend their days, this is a great choice.

Our daughter was a premature baby and had a slight delayed development. We had initially sent her to a popular nursery not far away, but things didn't work out over there. She needed more of a one-to-one care. After searching through some childminder profiles on childcare.co.uk we decided to go with Rashi Arora. It proved to be right decision for our little one.
Our daughter was with Rashi from the ages of 22 months to around 5 years. She had just about started walking.
At Rashi's they read story books, play games, sing songs and do all sorts different activities that the children develop.
For a period of time, our little one had a Hickman line inserted in her little neck. This was, of course an added responsibility for Rashi and a cause for concern for us parents (as things can go wrong, with the Hickman line). However, Rashi was very open-minded and positive at the prospect and had the appropriate Hickman line care training given by my child's local community nurses.
Rashi treats our child like one of her own and we certainly felt more relaxed about sending the little one to Rashi, than to old nursery . At one point Rashi actually made some improvements to the setting and layout of the play areas even though I thought it was nice before! But this shows that Rashi is always thinking about how to provide the best care for the children and that's only a good thing!
At Rashi's, over the months and years we saw our daughter slowly getting more talkative, independent and generally more confident. She only left when she was ready for school and we are grateful to have found Rashi.

I cannot say enough good things about Rash’s child care. I changed 3 very popular, renowned nurseries in the area (Bright horizons, Alphabet House and Golden Cradle) before my daughter settled with Rashi and her staff. Rashi’s pastoral care is the best in class - my daughter absolutely adores the staff. Bringing her back home from nursery would take me good 20 mins each day because she didn’t want to leave the setting. One year in to Rashi’s care she developed as a confident, socially and emotionally strong toddler that would easily settle in to a new learning environment. She’s made it through the assessment to all of top London’s Independent schools we applied to. I believe this is entirely down to Rashi’s efforts. In addition the food at her setting is always prepared fresh with high nutrition value, her setting is immaculately clean (particularly the toilets are squeaky clean).
The staff would also indulge my daughter with lovely hairdos (which I have no talent for) and she loved showing them off to me. There are many such personal intangible touches that made the little ones day there beautiful. I couldn’t recommend Rashi enough - she is genuine (not just a marketing gimmick like others) and cares deeply about the wellbeing and happiness of children under her care. Unlike other nurseries she does not shirk away from her job if the child has a little sniffle or a cough, where I’ve seen other nurseries turn them away. Over all 12 on 10 to Rashi and team! They’re the best in the area.

I am so thankful to have Rashi in my life. she has been a God sent!... I value and respect Rashi so much! she is warm, extremely caring and compassionate individual who has great passion children. Her service is a reflection of the above qualities. My children look forward to Rashi's setting as they have so much fun in and out of the setting.
My children love her so much and we do monthly theme as we do work around the house to help children learn. My children come home with great activities materials they made with Rashi which afterwards I display around the house to celebrate their achievements. Rashi takes my children to the local children centre, park and farm which the children adore.
Rashi’s setting provides us with a personalised care which supports my children’s developments and Rashi works closely with me to provide me with the day to day feedback on my children’s development. I receive formal report on my children’s development also Rashi sends me pictures of my children during the setting with makes my day and I appreciate Rashi takes the time out of her busy day send us this heart warmed pictures. Thank you Rashi!!!!
Rashi is my children's second mum. We thank you and love you Rashi.... thank you!!!!

I am very happy with the care, nurturing and development that Rashi and her support team - Kamaljit and Satkaar provide to my two year old. It's very easy to see that the ladies here care for the children from their heart. They genuinely love the babies in their care.
My child here is cocooned in love and warmth. I feel absolutely no guilt in leaving her with Rashi, Kamaljit and Satkaar and going to work as I know my daughter adores them and enjoys her day here.
