About Me
Hi, my name is Vicki, I'm 32 and live in Southam, Warwickshire with my husband and baby boy. We have another little boy due in January 2022 :).
I am available for occasional childcare/ babysitting services in and around Southam. My son (born in January 2020) may need to join me at work, but will make a good play friend for your little ones! I can also provide an extra pair of hands in the form of a 'Mother's support' working with you to help you gain some 'me time' or get some work done.
I am happy to be based at your home, my home or I can take the children out and about if I'm only needed for short periods (parents to fund their child's activities).

Experience:
I have a beautiful little boy, Ronnie, who has taught me all the wonders of parenthood. I breastfed him for 14 months and dealt with multiple allergies and eczema, so I can offer advice/ support where needed on these topics.
I currently work in children's social care. Prior to this I worked in the childcare field for 10 years as both an Early Years Practitioner and Childcare Supervisor. I have worked with children aged 0-18 years, both with and without disabilities.
I have a level 3 diploma in childcare and education, a current DBS and first aid qualification. I have training in topics such as safeguarding and know some makaton, but would be happy to undertake any additional training necessary to assist with meeting your child's needs.
I'm a fun and energetic person who enjoys gardening, socialising and generally being out and about exploring the wonderful surroundings that Warwickshire has to offer. I am keen to engage children in similar activities where possible to ensure that they are kept active and entertained whilst in my care.

My Experience
I have many years of experience in a variety of different childrens settings from working in a baby room setting, working as a nanny overseas and working in nurseries and schools in the UK. I have worked with both mainstream children and those with a wide range of additional needs and have experience with children aged 0-18 years.
My Qualifications
- First class BA in Social Work
- CACHE level 3 diploma in Childcare and Education
- High level of additional training undertaken in childcare and social care related topics - certificates can be provided upon request.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Nannying from £10.00 per hour (gross)
Babysitter rate starts at £12ph and are dependent on the number of children, location and hours of work. Happy to discuss.
