About Me
i am 47 years old and live with my husband and five wonderful children aged 21, 17, 13 and my girl-boy twins 8 years old
We also have an incredibly well behaved dog aged 9 that has been very good when the twins arrived and our newest pet a baby bearded dragon who lives in his vivarium
i am a registered childminder with a great ofsted report. However I am also in a position to be a Nanny
HAVE WORKED WITH CHILDREN FOR OVER 28 YEARS NOW
I offer a fun loving and stimulating environment for children
Although I live in Addlestone I also base myself in Chertsey and I can pick up and take home children from their homes nearby if it coincides with my school runs from St Anne's
i can only pick up children from St Anne's in chertsey
My Experience
i worked in a top london nursery for 6 years as a senior nursey nurse, and more recently worked within the NHS nurseries!
i have worked in numerous other nurseries too
i was a nanny for 4 years.
i have been a childminder since early 2005!
i have run my own sports creche
I have worked weekends at white lodge working with disabled children and teenagers so I have a good understanding of special needs such as Autism and cerebral palsy etc .
Most of the children I have cared for I have had since they were 5 months old and they have stayed with me for at least 4 years so plenty of experience with young babies
Also have experience with Twins

N.N.E.B-(equivalent to nvq highest level)
ICP (CHILDMINDING)
CPVE IN COMMUNITY CARE
FIRST AID
CHILDCARE G.C.S.E- 2 LEVELS
and of course i am a Reg childminder AND CRB checked too
I have also done further training courses in safeguarding for example

Available from 8am - 6pm for child minding

Both my children (son 4 and daughter 1) were looked after by Esther and she is simply wonderful. My daughter was only 6mths when she started and was looked after 5 days a week. My daughter was so happy with Esther and she loved being with her. It made me feel so relaxed that she was happy and enjoyed being with there. They would play games, go for walks, go to different groups and meet other children. Esther has such a flexible approach that nothing is too much. She loves the kids and in return the kids love her. Her own boys are a complete blessing to her. They are lovely, well mannered, polite children and enjoy playing with the little ones as well.
She was the first childminder I felt totally comfortable and relaxed with. She has a lovely home with lots of space for the children to play. They do creative activities in the garden and the kids always have lots of fun.
Overall I have never had a such a fantastic childminder for my children and they continue to miss her. My daughter is 20mths now and we have relocated, yet she still remembers and asks for Esther. Knowing your child(ren) are safe, well cared for and happy is so important when you are working, and you will always be guaranteed happy children with Esther. She has bags of experience and makes children feel completely at home when they are with her.
