About Me
I have a passion for my profession of 25 years and I am extremely self
motivated, enthusiastic,honest, discreet, responsible, active, reliable, caring,
creative, energetic
and extremely flexible and loving with a sense of humour.
I believe in giving children opportunities for age appropriate exploring and
learning through play. My childcare work is based on the belief that high quality
early learning experiences and a safe secure environment provide the
foundation children need to make the most of their abilities and talents as they
grow up. I enjoy working closely with parents, communication is very important
and I am parent led and work towards parent’s desires and wishes.
The activities I enjoy with children I care for are going to parks, playgroups,
libraries, swimming, city farms, soft play, mini gym but also believe that children
some days, just want to cuddle up and be read to. I also harness children’s
individual interests and creativity.
I am musical and play the piano and love teaching the children songs and action
rhymes. I can prepare healthy meals and have a good knowledge and
understanding of nutritional development.

My qualifications are born out of experience ! Three children of my own.

Educated to University level and I completed a foundation level of maths and
Science teaching degree. I successfully completed an ITEC in holistic and baby
massage.
My Availability
I will be available from the middle of January 2021 as my current role will sadly be coming to an end. They are relocating.
