Hi, I am Rebecca and I am 39 years of age.
I have two children of my own, my daughter is aged 16 years and my son aged 14 years. I love to spending time with my family making memories and I'm always looking for new ventures to keep my children active and safe.
I currently work in a primary school where I am part of the senior leadership team, my role is pastoral and wellbeing lead as well as safeguarding lead. I manage a team at my school and support adults and children across the school with our therapeutic approach. I am very passionate about my role and love nothing more than supporting children and bringing out the best in them.
Since leaving school I have only ever worked in childcare, I am an energetic loving, responsible person who loves being around children.
My Experience
I have over 11 years experience working with children.
I have worked in daycare nurseries, preschools and nurseries and as a nanny/ house keeper.
I am currently working in a primary school as part of the senior leadership team
My Qualifications
I have;
certificate in childcare and education (CCE Level 2)
Diploma in childcare and education (also know as an NVQ level 3 or NNEB)
I am also a Hertfordshire steps tutor, this is a therapeutic approach to behaviour
My Availability
I am looking for a full time or part time permanent position in and around St Albans, Harpenden, Welwyn Garden City and surrounding areas. However I am quite flexible so please feel free to contact me.
