i Have 10 years nanny experience and have my own children, I worked with different age children as young as 5 months old until 12 years old, I have experience in weaning and potty trained, I successfully potty trained my 2 children and been dry since they were 2. I have a NVQ2 and NVQ3 plus a BETECH in health.
