About Us
Based in Hartburn, The Barn Childcare offers a unique experience with its very natural, homely feel and 'Forest School Ethos'. A spacious and secure garden offers something for everyone complete with enclosed sandpit, mud kitchen, fairy garden and a magical forest area to explore. Complimenting this perfect setting are four highly equipped rooms with superb educational resources.
The Barn Childcare is owned and managed by a highly skilled early year’s practitioner with over 20 years’ experience working in primary schools and nurseries throughout the Foundation Stage and KS1. Staff qualifications range from level 2 right up to degree level and each staff member is selected for their passion and dedication to ensuring that the children receive the best possible care.
The Barn Childcare provide wrap around care for many of the local schools and our flexible approach to childcare attracts families from many local areas as well as outside of Stockton on Tees. We cater for teachers and shift workers and are happy to provide flexi contracts for parents. Our children benefit from weekly sessions of yoga, sign language, forest school and Rhyme time sessions. These sessions are all included in our very competitive rates.

- Childcare from £40.00 per day
We can accommodate wrap around care for children from St Mary's, Junction Farm, Fairfield, Holy Trinity, St Patricks and Hartburn Primary.
Full day care £40.00 (7.00 - 6.00)
Half a day £26.25 (7.00 - 12.30 or 1.00 - 6.00)
Before school £8.00
After school £9.50
