My Experience
I have been a mum for the past 15 years and during that time I was a childminder for 7 of those years. For 3 years I was an assessor supporting training needs and assessing learners to complete level 1, 2 and 3 childcare qualifications. For the past 4 years I have been a nanny/house keeper for 4 families 2 short periods of 3 and 6 weeks cover filling in while current Nanny was ill and also while a new full time Nanny was found. Then 2 longer term positions of 18 months and a 2 year place which is still ongoing.
