About Me
Hi my name is Radiya and I am a mum to 3 children, I live in Sparkhill and have easy access to Sparkhill Park and library. I look after a wide variety of children, and I also do pick-ups from St. Johns and English Martyrs Primary School. I have a cat called Rosie who is very child friendly. I work in the downstairs of my house and in my garden. I thoroughly enjoy looking after children and am always looking for new ways to enrich the children's learning experiences by implementing the EYFS in planned activities and supervised free play.
I am also a member of PACEY who offer me professional advice and support whenever I need it.
I am ofsted registered.
My Experience
I have been looking after childrensince 2012. I have looked after children who have Downs Syndrome and also a little boy who has Autism. I received a Good in my 2014 and 2017 Ofsted Inspection. I have the nursery grant , EEE subject to criteria.
My Qualifications
I have completed my NVQ level 3 in childcare and am up to date with training required by Offsted.
I have also done Autism awareness and also Autism communication training,
My Availability
I work very flexible hours, I start at 7 am and my working day will finish at around 5.

This childminder did wonders for my sons social development as he was extremely shy and unsociable when he joined. In addition to this, she carried out a variety of fun educational activities, where he learnt both his numbers and colours!
I have nothing bad to say and would definitely recommend her to other parents.

My child settled down extremely well and learnt how to socialise at a young age which prepared him for nursery very well. I would 100% recommend childcare with Radiya, she is very friendly and accommodating. 👍
