About Me
Hi I'm Carol and I have three grown up children, my interests are reading and walking. For the past year I have been working as a registered childminder, I work alongside my daughter, at present we care for four children, two throughout the day and two we collect from school. Over the past year we have had great pleasure in giving children a variety of experiences such as playgroups, soft play sessions, parks, farms and places of interest it has been great fun and we would like to share our experiences with other children.
I live in a small house in Bermondsey and provide indoor and outdoor play,
At present I have vacancies for 2 children under 5yrs.
My Experience
I have had the pleasure of working in Local Authority Children's Services for over 20years and through this experience I have gained knowledge and understanding of working family life.
I have been a full time working mum and know how important it is to parents to feel confident in leaving their children in a caring, loving safe environment
My Qualifications
Level 4 qualification, paediatric first aid.
My Availability
At present we have two vacancies, we collect from St James and Riverside (Bermondsey).

As our daughter was only 5months old when we needed childcare, it was, naturally, a very terrifying experience leaving her with anybody else and worrying she would not get enough love and attention. We went to see a nursery and a few childminders before we got Carol's contact details. The first thing that differentiated Carol from the rest of the people we saw was her approach to our daughter. At the very first contact she took her into her arms and gave her loads of hugs and kisses and that reassured us both instantly. Carol works with her daughter and this meant there was plenty of attention, hugs and kisses to go around. A year and a half later, our daughter loves Carol and her daughter and considers them part of her family as we do too. Carol is very reliable, very warm and caring person and thoroughly enjoys being with kids. She takes them on regular outings, she is very creative and helps them grow into very enquisitive and independent young people. As a result, our daughter has two very warm places she considers a home and has grown into a happy little girl. Thoroughly recommended!
