About Me

I am an OFSTED registered childminder living in the Cradley Heath area. I am a fun and down to earth Mother of two, who enjoys the great outdoors. I enjoy taking the children in my care on many outings and getting involved in many activities, such as forest schools, Sycamore adventure, local parks, Birmingham Botanical Gardens and Bodenham Arboretum (of which I have membership to both,) just to name a few. I am very much a hands on person and love to get messy, I regularly cook with the children I care for, paint and get creative. I have a mud kitchen in the garden, (great for messy play) a play house and a trampoline. My house is equipped with a variety of toys and educational games, with a variety of rooms in which to learn and play in. Including a secret converted cellar play room, which proves very popular with all children.

I adore animals and have a pet dog and hamster, both of which are incredibly friendly.

Currently I am primarily offering wrap around care (before and after school) term time only from the following Cradley Heath schools, Reddal Hill, Old Hill and Corngreaves. Working hours are negotiable to suit the needs of individual families. I am also available for taking children to and from local school nurseries and have some day spaces available for term time only children. Working term time only, no holding fee will will be charged during school holidays. Although it is my preference to care for children term time only, if parents require 'ad hoc' days during school holidays then this is negotiable.
