Rose took care of our 16 month old daughter at our hotel room. We only booked 24 hours in advance but she was happy to help. She was good with the baby, gave us updates via text as requested, and got our jet lagged and cranky girl to sleep on time! Would recommend.

Rose is a calm and kind lady who was prompt and reliable helping us out. She stepped in for childcare at late notice for my daughter and was brilliant. I found her flexible and helpful and I would recommend her. :)

Rose helped us with short-term emergency care which involved pick-up from school bus, doing homework and caring for my daughter for ~2 hours a day, for a week. Rose quickly established a good relationship and sense of trust with my daughter and she was happy to be alone with Rose from the get go. Rose was reliable and dependable.

Rose took care of our 1 year old daughter for 1 evening and everything went perfectly well. From the beginning (she was very punctual) to the end (she gave us all necessary information on our daughter during her shift).

I went back to work earlier than expected and our childminder didn’t have space for another few months so at short notice we needed to find someone flexible who could look after our daughter 2-3 days a week for the next 3 months. As I was going back to work for first time, it was not only a practical arrangement, also felt very emotional with a lot of worry about leaving our daughter (and first baby) for the first time. Thank goodness we found Rose. I had an initial chat about what the plan was, and candidly what we were anxious about, and Rose set us at ease. She was clearly experienced with babies ours’s age, as well as older/younger. She has a policy we loved of going out twice a day no matter the weather, so she would get plenty of fresh air and park time. And was very happy working with the schedule we were working to, and to feedback on whether she thought it need tweaking/amending as our daughter grew.
We had a couple of settling in afternoons before Rose started properly, and this also helped us feel totally re-assured our daughter was in the safest of hands. Rose is absolutely baby-focussed, giving them her full attention and always responding to how they are feeling and what they need. She is inventive, finding baby groups we didn’t even know about locally, as well as taking her to some of her(/our) favourites. She was always keen to learn – we told her we’d been doing ‘sing and sign’, and our daughter loved the songs and actions, and she was keen to go and see it for herself and learn the actions.
(There were many magic moments that stood out from her time with us – one being the impossible. We have stairs almost everywhere in our place, and had decided not to put stairgates in, hoping to teach our daughter from the earliest point to be careful when climbing. As Rose took her on, she was at the stage of climbing stairs, but not yet having any idea of how to go down them. Within one day, Rose had (somehow) taught her to crawl up to the stairs, turn around and go down backwards. Absolutely amazing. And still makes us laugh at how carefully she turns and gently goes down them)

We needed a babysitter at relatively short notice for our two children, and Rose was friendly while being professional from the get-go.
She asked pertinent questions, arrived on time, and even managed to get our baby back to sleep while we were out.
I recommend Rose wholeheartedly.

We used Rose when our nanny went on holiday in Feb 2018 for a week. We were also in the middle of moving house so things where a bit chaotic.
Despite this our daughter (4 years old at the time) quickly settled with Rose and it was a smooth week. Rose is intelligent and kind and our daughter responded well to her. She also took initiative and found some local activities to do with our daughter. All in all we would definitely use Rose again and I feel that is a strong a recommendation as any.

Rose looked after our 3 year old little boy for 7 months, initially for 1 day a week but towards the end almost full time as we transitioned him to a new nursery.
Rose is a conscientious, fun loving, thoughtful carer. She is extremely reliable, flexible and easy to communicate with. Rose took time to understand our little boy, his (and our) needs and to build a rapport. And she thoughtfully planned daily activities accordingly, that stimulated and nurtured him. Rose also managed to potty train him within a week, with no stress and no accidents! And she prepared nutritious meals and snacks.
Rose is trustworthy, intelligent and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any family looking for good quality childcare.

Rose took care of my 10 months old daughter for the last 2 months, once a week. She is easy to communicate with, reliable, flexible, thoughtful and very friendly. She treats my daughter as an individual and quickly found out the things she likes (music and dancing), rather than approaching her as a 'generic baby'. Rose thinks about how best to relate to the child, which I'm sure she does differently each time, according to the need and personality of the baby and parent. My little one was all smiles for her when we opened the door to let Rose in.
I found her communication very honest and reliable.
We have a place in a small nursery for 2 days now, which suits us better in the long run, but I will happily continue with Rose as a babysitter and occasional nanny.

Rose looked after our 19 month old one day a week. She is a lovely person, easy to communicate with and was very responsive to our needs. She moved things around to help us out when we had last-minute childcare emergencies, and was very open and honest about the settling in period when our daughter was upset. She is good to work with and I would definitely recommend her.
