Hello I’m katy and I live on the outskirts of Northampton in a lovely village with my husband and our three children aged 16,12 and 8. We have three dogs and a cat (so I am happy to help care for your pets too if needed.) In three words I would describe myself as friendly, kind and honest. I love to be outside and I love to walk. I have a sociable nature and I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I can assure you I am hardworking, reliable and trustworthy and would love to hear from you if you think I am right for your family and needs.
My Experience
I have been working with children of all age groups for the last 19 years and find it ever so rewarding in so many ways. I thrive in helping children grow, explore and learn about life but most importantly whilst having great fun! I have managed holiday clubs and worked in nursery and preschool settings. I have experience with SEN needs working with a various range of learning and physical difficulties. I am nurturing and sensitive to the varying needs and demands of children and dedicated to helping to shape children into confident and happy people who will carry those traits on into adulthood.
My Qualifications
My qualifications are as follows- paediatric first aid and CPR, epipen and epilepsy trained, level 3 in childcare, food hygiene, DSL trained (designated safeguarding leader) and Extensive child care experience.
