About Me
Hi! My name’s Anna Mallabone and I am 18 years old and looking for some work around the area. I have been working as a nanny for the last 3 years, part time for 2 and full time for 1 where I have looked after children between the ages of 2-14, and multiple children with special needs. I would love to gain experience with younger children from ages 0-2 to expand my knowledge in childcare. I’ve just returned from working as an international live in nanny in the stunning city of Ottawa, Canada for 3 children.
My Experience
I’ve had a lot of experience for an 18 year old. In my preteens I regularly babysit for a 2 year old, and did early mornings, evenings and a few years later I did nights as well. In the last two years I’ve been babysitting for a family for around 20 hours a week and this was for a young child and an older one with severe learning difficulties and non-verbal. Through this work I also did school pick ups and drop offs and cooked meals for them too. More recently from July 2022 - December 2022 I took on a nanny roll for a family with 3 children, one with special needs who I’ve been responsible for taking swimming, surfing, skateboarding etc! From January 2023 - March 2023 I took on an international role looking after 3 children ages 6-13 and occasionally i looked after 2 other children ages 4-7. I have gained valuable knowledge and skills through my work abroad and look forward to using them with my next family.
My Qualifications
I have 7 GCSEs and an Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 3. I also have a qualification in Core Maths that I received at college. I have a level one course in food safety and hygiene. On my return to England, I am hoping to complete my paediatric first aid training.
My Availability
Currently my availability is completely flexible as I have no commitments yet once I get back from my nannying abroad.

- Nannying from £10.00 per hour (gross)
My fees range depending on needs and others factors that I’m happy to discuss and negotiate. Normally my rates are between £10-18 depending on how many children and their individual needs.
