Shilpa has been with us for a very short time but my son is already very comfortable with her. She makes an effort to communicate with him and is able to help him develop skills we have identified. She is organised and uses her time well whilst the baby is resting to ensure when he’s awake he is fully engaged. We have seen a great change since she has joined us and hope that continues.
