About Me
I am 36 years old and have 3 children ranging from 11- 36 years old. I had my first child when I was very young but that has no reflection on how they’ve turned out. My children are studying hard for their future. My eldest is a first grade student at Durham university.
My Experience
I don’t have experience in the babysitting field as such but I have worked in schools for the past 15 years as a HLTA and covered classes ranging from lower ks1 to upper ks2 where I have learnt so much throughout. My particular strengths and expertise is in English Grammar and I feel the knowledge that I have gained would only be a huge bonus to any family that I help out. Having my own children too, I believe that routine plays a huge part in a child’s life and I believe they need this and respond well to j owing what will happen next in their day or the expectations too.
My Qualifications
I have a certificate in children and young people, full first aid, HLTA certificate, level 2 maths and English. I’ve also had asthma and diabetic training. I’ve also worked with children with autism too.
My Availability
This is new to me but to the right family, I would move in the direction of this becoming my next full-time job. So although I may only put availability that I can only currently do, that could change with the right commitment and if it’s financially beneficial.
