About Me
I am 16 and have a lot of experience in babysitting but I just don’t get paid so I have decided to get a part time job doing so to gain more experience whilst earning in college.
My Experience
I have a 5 year old sister with additional needs (ADHD and autism) this makes it difficult to understand or look after her whilst my mother is working sometimes but my schedule makes everything more simple. She is fed regularly 3x a day in addition is snacks and a lot of play time to run out her energy so she sleeps. Sue is in bed by 8 and doesn’t have any water half an hour before bed so she doesn’t wet herself. I regularly take her to the bathroom and try to get her to be calm so she can communicate well with me. I try to understand her to the best of my abilities and make her not feel uncomfortable around other kids as she is different and thinks differently but is still a kid and has feelings. This isn’t a job but it sure feels like one and if I can handle my 5 year old sister I can learn to handle/look after other kids.
My Qualifications
My qualifications are GCSEs as I am 16 and have just stared college. I’m studying architecture at the moment and chose to get a part time job
