About Me
Hi, i'm 20 years old, covid vaccinated, hold a DBS certificate and have a full UK driving licence. I'm looking for some part-time nannying/babysitting work in from June - September. I'm currently in my last year studying Primary Education with QTS at Manchester Metropolitan University training to be a teacher. I will be a fully qualified teacher after finishing university and just looking for some nannying work before the school year begins in September! I enjoy playing netball, spending time with my family and friends, listening to music and Baking! I'm easy going, friendly but most importantly just genuinely a happy person. I'm a confident individual with effective communication skills and an enthusiastic nature.
My Experience
My University degree has provided me with ample experience in understanding and working with children from birth to 11 years old and has given me the foundations to work with children who are older then the Early years and primary age. The degree does not only supply me with a deep understanding into the education of children but also teaches me how to provide a duty of care for children and protect and prioritise their safety at all times. Further to this, I have also completed some voluntary work experience in a nursery in York where i supervised children from newborn to 4 years old. Working in this Early years setting has provided me with experience in working with babies and infants which i really enjoyed. My responsibilities included; preparing meals for the children, reading to the children, supervising the children when playing, putting the infants down for naps and cleaning and disinfecting toys and surfaces to ensure the safety of all children. Even though my experience in baby sitting is small my experience in working with children is extensive and something i'm extremely passionate about.
