About Me
Hi! It is lovely to meet you :) I am currently 19 years old and I am taking a gap year before continuing to study Neuroscience and Psychology and Kings College.
I couldn't pinpoint a 'when I knew' moment as I have always loved kids! I remember being in nursery (and have the form to back this up!) where I was asked what I wanted to be in the future and I responded a babysitter! I then wanted to be a teacher for most of my childhood and am currently aspiring to be a child psychologist.
I love the magic children find in everyday things and their through processes behind things. They are inquisitive and kinder than average adults and so much more fun to play with! When average life gets stressful, hanging out with the children in my family always makes me feel better.
My Experience
I have now had three nanny placements for an 18 month old boy, a 5 month old, a 1 year old and 3 year old. They were all incredible families and I’ve loved seeing their babies grow!
I have been a SEN TA for 8 months, delivering academic interventions, CBT, mindfulness sessions, SALT sessions and assisting in lessons for children aged 11-18.
I have visited Zanzibar three times, each for two weeks and worked with my family charity, Al-Ansari Foundation. I played and interacted with children there of all ages.
I have taught lessons there and made games with children of all ages.
I babysit both inside and outside of my family and have done some tutoring.
For example, I have babysat my twin newborn cousins, one of whom is deaf and had a colostomy bag and issues with her spine. I took her to a doctor's appointment and let my aunt know when to change her bag. I am currently trying to learn sign language for her!
I also regularly babysit my 16-month-old cousin and have been doing so since she was a newborn. I also babysit her 4-year-old sister and 6 and 8-year-old brothers. We bake, take trips to the park, colour and paint, watch shows, read, and play board games and the boys show me their jujitsu moves and their pokemon games. I dress the 4-year-old and do her hair too. I change, cook for and feed, bathe and put my 16month old to sleep. We also do learning through sensory activities appropriate for each age she turns.
My Qualifications
I have done first aid training through a different nanny agency. I have an up to date enhanced DBS check.
My Availability
I am available for babysitting including weekends. I am doing 10 hour shifts with my lovely nanny family on Tuesday and Friday, but have availability for another day until around May. After May I have availability for any 3 days a week.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
- Nannying from £16.00 per hour (gross)
I charge from £16 ph and from £17 for each extra child. Nanny shares are welcome and start from £11 ph!
