About Me
I am a 22 year old Law Student at the University of Surrey. I have just completed my placement year at IBM! I have always had a massive passion for childcare, having experience working as a nanny for over 2 years and being a Early Years Practitioner at multiple Summer Camps. I am a fun, active and creative person (despite doing a Law degree) who loves getting young people excited and facilitating their growth and imagination. I have experience working with a range of ages, from 2 years old all the way to 16.
My Experience
I was a nanny for a family for over 2 years and I still babysit for them occasionally! Martha was 4 and Stan was 6 when I started looking after them, and watched them grow up over 2 years which was really special for me. This involved many things, some including cooking, homework, activities and so much more! I have lots of tricks and tips up my sleeve.
I also have experience working as Early Years Practiotioner for both Super Camps and ActivCamps. I worked with children from a 4-6 age range. This role involved creating and running multiple activities through a number of weeks.
I am also a qualified Volleyball Coach. I was nominated for the Wandsworth Young Person of the Year Award for my volunteering efforts in coaching underpriveleged kids from certain areas of South London. I coached children from the age of 4 all the way up to 16.
