Hi, my name is Zara and I have completed both a BSc Honors in Psychology and a MSc in Psychological Therapies and Interventions. My long term career aspirations would involve me working with the education institution as an Educational Psychologist. I am extremely passionate about working with children and believe with the rightful guided support every child can excel. I enjoy reading non fiction books, swimming, art and watching documentaries on national geographic.
My Experience
I am currently working within a primary school as an SEN teaching assistant located in Brixton, London. My role within the school involves preparing learning materials, adapting my support in accordance to a student's needs, looking after children's physical, social and emotional welfare and working with key members of staff to enhance children's learning. I have also worked as a self-employed private tutor which involved organising resources to effectively tackle student's trouble areas, improved confidence of students, and prepared learning strategies for students with ADHD and anxiety.
My Qualifications
I have completed my GCSE's (A* - C) including English literature, maths and double science aswell as A - levels in English, Philosophy and Sociology. I graduated from Middlesex University with a 2:1 in BSc Honours in Psychology and have just completed my MSc in Psychological Therapies and Interventions and awaiting my results.

I am available on weekends and in the evenings after 6pm
