Hello, I am 34 year old professional woman currently working as a fostering social worker, where I supervise and assess foster carers and am also a trainee play therapist. I have many animals and used to ride horses professionally.
My Experience
I have many year’s experience looking after and caring for children. I hold an enhanced DBS and in date advanced safeguarding (safeguarding lead) certificate. I have years of experience working in safeguarding and working therapeutically with children and families. I am qualified as a therapeutic play practitioner.
I am looking to get away from social work and concentrate on becoming a certified play therapist whilst undertaking some babysitting/ nannying duties along the way.
My Qualifications
BSc in Psychology (specialising in developmental psychology)
MA in Social Work
PGCert in therapeutic play skills.
My Availability
I am currently changing my hours to suit working around play therapy training and nannying. I would be flexible for the right permanent position.
