About Me
Hi! I’m Maisy, I’m 22 and I have always loved working with children. Coming from a family where I have 3 sisters myself, 2 of which are younger, I have always had to take care of young children, understand their needs and this made me a natural leader. I have recently just finished university and have relocated back down to bath, where I would love to spend my weekends being productive and my preference for that is looking after children. It comes very naturally to me, I have been babysitting for a close family of mine for nearly 6 years on and off, as well as other families of my little sisters friends etc. I am fun, calm, creative, patient, friendly, kind and honest. I know how important confidentiality is within childcare and take a lot of pride in making sure I maintain this. I have a car so can take kids out to do things if that’s what is preferred, trips to the zoo, farm, park, soft play, kids activities etc. or if preferred, I can keep them busy within the house by doing fun & educational activities, I also am an experienced confident cook, and love making nutritious meals! I love talking to children, I am very understanding of young ones and their imaginations, and have got positive feed back from all my clients. I have a reference if needs be.
My Experience
Part time nanny 5 days a week for several years on and off for a family in bath.
Weekend babysitting for multiple families.
Have 2 younger sisters so very much used to looking after the well-being of children.
Worked in a gymnastics club coaching young ones gymnastics and really loved it.
My Qualifications
I have passed 2 A levels which are Drama and BTEC sport, I have passed all my GCSES with A*-C and have recently been to uni where I studied a course in fashion marketing. I am very much experienced with children so never felt the need to get a childcare qualification.
My Availability
Weekend only. I work a 9-5 in a property company Monday- Friday so would only be looking for weekend jobs. However possibly some weekday evenings!
