With 12 nieces and nephews, ranging in age from 2 to 14, I have gained many years of hands-on experience caring for and supporting children of various ages and personalities.
Beyond my family experience, I also have extensive professional experience working with children in a variety of settings. I have worked with children of all ages, including those with special educational needs (SEN), through my role with First Class. This has given me valuable insight into how to support children with diverse needs and behaviors, and taught me how to handle challenging or stressful situations with patience, empathy, and confidence.
These combined experiences have helped me develop strong communication skills, a calm and nurturing approach, and the ability to adapt to each child’s individual needs.
