Outstanding!!!!

I must admit that my two children can be quite a handful at times but Amanda and her assistants are fantastic with them. They both look forward to going to every session and are usually exhausted at the end of the day following the endless activities and trips arranged for the children. They eat delicious home made meals and they often come home to tell me new foods that they have tried (often foods I have been encouraging them to eat for years!)

Amanda has been very accomodating with my awkward hours and she will always endevour to help when I need her services at such short notice for which I am extremely grateful for!

I now face prospect of finding a new childminder if our plans to move out of the area go ahead and I can say for sure that the thought of losing Amanda has made it an extremely difficult decision to make! She has not only been an outstanding childminder she has also become a friend to me and my family.

Amandas husband, Peter also deserves a lot of credit for all the hard work he contributes especially making me laugh everytime he opens the door! I cannot recommend their services enough.

Amanda and Peter put me at ease from the very beginning, Charlie (2) loves going to see them.
He has been with them since January 2013, it took a while for him to settle in as he started with only 2 mornings a week but now he goes 4 mornings a week and he simply cannot wait to get there, our journey to them is filled with a roll call of everyone at Amandas :-)
When we arrive he is happy to wander in, wave me good bye and have a fun filled time. There are so many activities to keep him entertained and outings to various groups which he loves. I love reading his daily diary to see what he has been up too and of course seeing his craft projects when they come home :-)
I know he will have just as much fun when he stays with them for the whole day.
Thank you to you both so much for making what is an apprehensive time so much easier and for looking after him so well, he is developing and enhancing so many skills due to the time he spends with you.

So Please we Found You

My Daughter Logan has now been in Amanda's care for almost a year. I can honestly say prior to Logan starting with Amanda I was nervous, but within a matter of days the nerves had gone. Logan settled so quickly in to the caring and nurturing environment that Amanda has created. Logan has thrived and her development is beyond her young years due the skillful and subtle ways that Amanda teachers her young audience through play and fun. Logan is always doing things and attending many social gatherings which has also developed her social skills. I particularly love they way Amanda communicates with me all the time and I am kept informed with a daily dairy that I so look forward to reading with Logan when she returns home. In the time that Logan has attended we have not had one occasion where she has not wanted to go- in fact Logan often talks about Amanda while she is at home- this is so reassuring knowing that Logan enjoys, loves and feels the same in return from her carer. Amanda and her team have become extended family in a good way. Thanks for all you do, the effort, care and genuine interest in my daughter fills me with peace and confidence in you.

I would recommend Amanda to any parent who is looking for peace of mind and an environment where you child can grow positively.

All you do is appreciated.

We love Amanda

Elliot (now 2yrs 9 mths) has been going to Amanda since he was 3 months old, for a few hours a couple of times a week. He loves her and gets so excited about going. He has fun, is taken care of and does really varied, exciting activities. I love getting his daily dairy to look in, to see what he's been upto and it makes me feel part of his day. Amanda is always doing the best she can for all of the children she cares for, as does Peter. It really couldn't work any better. My daughter, Caitlin, now goes to Amanda before school one morning a week, and loves it so much that she would prefer to do that every day! I, and my children, couldn't recommend her highly enough - she is a truly lovely person who is exceptional at what she does xx

thank you for your review, Elliot and Caitlin are great to look after, and they love the holiday care as Catlin does not have to finish her activity to go to school.

Very Pleased

Very pleased we found Amanda and her lovely hubby. My baby Sam who is 11 months is really enjoying being with them a couple of afternoons a week. I particularly love the way they collect him from home and make him a lovely tea before dropping him back again. They also keep a daily diary of what he's been up to which is a lovely keepsake for us :-)

Amanda looked after my 2 youngest for a year. In that time my boys loved every day they were there. Amanda does a whole range of activities with the children and my boys enjoyed the outings to the beach or the park which was most days. My boys ate all of the food cooked by Amanda and since leaving they have asked if they will ever go back, it breaks my hear as they were so very happy in her care. Could not recommend high enough!!
