About Me
I like to think I am a creative, friendly, open, kind, patient person with a strong interest in the Arts and Science. I love to work with children and have a lot of energy to do so. My main job is as a freelance singer, actor, and Children’s party facilitator but during the lockdowns I worked as a Care Worker for Premier Homecare. I kept this work going and managed to fit it around other work and have just put my notice in so am looking for more childcare work.
My Experience
I have worked with children of all ages as a babysitter, childminder, workshop facilitator, teacher, events organiser, entertainer and actor since 2010. I currently work with the Science Boffins (please see their website) providing fun workshops and parties either in school or their homes, and Teaching Personnel. I have also worked for the Education Group, Project International and Theatre in Education companies Kinetic Theatre and Quantum Theatre. I am also the eldest of 4 so began babysitting at a young age!
My Qualifications
9 GCSEs, 3 A Levels, Certificate in Basic Counselling Skills, Btec National award in Acting, Degree BA (Hons) Drama with Musical Theatre, Enhanced DBS
My Availability
All sorts of hours available, it can vary from week to week but mostly free in the morning and daytimes. Some evenings also available.
