About Me
I am very good with all age children and I have my own nail business but I don’t feel as though it’s enough for me and now my children are old I really want to work with children as all my nieces and nephews are older and I absolutely love children. I feel as though children need that extra love and care, and sometimes as parents in this busy world we just don’t have the time with our busy work schedules to be there for them as much as we would like, I myself was a single mum of two one with behavioural problems which was extremely difficult to deal with and I understand how parents juggle everything and it’s very hard to sometimes take them to and from school or even do homework with them.
My Experience
I have two teenagers who have multiple health conditions, my youngest has adhd and odd, he also has 300 allergies and severe asthma and my eldest has coeliac disease, so I know how to deal with difficult situations and challenging children as I have first hand experience. I have been a carer to my son for many years. I have recently worked with children who have behavioural difficulties and complex needs, I have looked after children with ADHD and autism, and looking after a child who needs peg feeding. So I have a very wide range of experiences, I can provide you with references if needed
My Qualifications
I did start my Btec in childcare but I didn’t manage to complete it as I had to care for my son who was very Ill. I have done a few mental health courses and child behaviour courses online. I have a level 5 in HR and business admin which is irrelevant to this field of work. I am a aba therapist and also work with autistic children.
