My Summary

My Experience

I have over 10 years experience working within childcare. This is with early years and primary school age children, where I am able to meet their needs and challenge their abilities in guidance with curriculum and relevant documents. I have supported children with complex needs and worked with additional professionals to meet their learning targets, such as speech and language therapists, teachers of the deaf and occupational therapists.

My Qualifications

I have a diploma in Childcare and Education Level 3. I have taken part in many training courses such as Paediatric first aid, First aid at work, manual handling, food hygiene, makaton training, how to manage feelings and behaviour, etc. I also joined a training course by the National Deaf Children’s Society about how to support children in their language and communication as well as emotional health and well-being. I was lead in Diversity within my school and took part in courses by Stella Louis “let’s talk about race” and “equality, race and unconscious bias”.

My Availability

I currently have no commitments outside of work therefore I’m flexible and happy to help where I can to the best of my abilities.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
