Serpil looked after our boy from when he was a year old and she has been incredible throughout. She is incredibly calm, supportive and caring and teaches the children good behaviour and boundaries in a loving and fair way. The children clearly adore her and feel safe and supported in her care.
Serpil was always incredibly supportive in helping us if we were trying to teach our child something and would always explain what she had been doing so we could all be consistent.
We have all grown to love Serpil and her mum - they feel like an extension of our family!

Serpil is simply Amazing and I really appreciate her love and care towards my son. My son started with Serpil when he was 10months old and being a first time mum I was super nervous that I had to leave my child. The first time I met serpil my son was very happy with her and warmed up to her easy because Serpil is so friendly and she loves children so the children also loves her. My son was so happy with Serpil and enjoyed going there to play and learn. My son has been with Serpil for over two years and I never had a complaint or anything negative as he was so happy. Serpil cared for my son like her own that she will call to check on us when my son is not in to ask if everything is okay with us which I really appreciated because not everyone will have the time to do that. Thank you so much Serpil for everything, will definitely keep in touch, Zac is missing you and will bring him around soon.

Serpil combines a genuine warmth and affection for children, with firmness and clear boundaries when they are necessary. That she genuinely enjoys spending time with children, and that they reciprocate by enjoying spending time with her, is immediately obvious. Both our boys became very comfortable with her very quickly, which was quite an achievement given that they both tended to be clingy to us and wary of others, including members of our families. Not only does she form strong relationships with children, but she also helps to foster friendships between children: both of our sons have made some of their first genuine friendships at her house. She is professional and her communication is excellent, making sure she was fully informed and that we were. She was highly sensitive to our requests but more importantly to our boys' needs and development, sometimes showing that she understood them better than we did. The care and opportunities for development that she provided for our children were nothing short of outstanding and we feel very fortunate to have had the boys in such safe and caring hands.

Very nice women and loves kids like hers. She looked after my daughter 3 years, she is the best nanny for my daughter . Highly recommend!!!!!

My daughter began with Serpil when she was just over a year old. Leaving a crying child is incredibly hard but when Serpil would send me videos minutes later of her playing the keyboard and happily singing away all worries vanished! After a few sessions the tears stopped and more often than not my little one wouldn't even bother to kiss me goodbye!! Serpil dealt with my little girls severe food allergies and potty training with absolute ease. I know cuddles were given freely and my daughter was always content and happy. Trusting your precious child with a stranger is a real struggle but I would happily recommend Serpil as an excellent childminder, I'm so grateful that she took care of our baby so well.

My son has been at Serpil's for the past two years and has had a wonderful time. He has always been happy to be left with her and I have no doubt that he is in a warm and friendly home.
Serpil has a huge range of brilliant toys and games and a large garden that the children play in throughout the summer months.
Serpil is very helpful and responsive if you have any concerns or particular requests she does her best to accommodate them. She supported us with potty training for example.
My son is very fond of Serpil and her happy caring personality has been a big part of him becoming the kind and confident toddler he is now.

My 2 year old has been looked after by Serpil for the last four months whilst I was waiting for a nursery place to come up. Now that he has moved to nursery we are actually very sad to have left. My son loved every minute and still asks when he is going to see Serpil again. I cannot recommend her highly enough from her freshly cooked food, homebakes, stimulating, educational toys and parks and library visits. Serpil really cares about the children that she looks after.

I have found serpil's help to be invaluable. Instead of crying when I go out my kids ask for Serpil to come. She is so kind and responsible. Leaving them with her was the first time I left them with a non family member so I called every reference who all had nothing to say that wasn't glowing. I feel very lucky that I found her on this site. I would definitely recommend her after 2 years of wonderful Childcare for my two kids. I was surprised to read a negative review on her and I can safely say the problem is not with Serpil.

I have known Serpil for around five years, first as my neighbour's au pair and then as a childminder and baby sitter for my two children who are now aged 6 and 4. My boys love Serpil and talk about her when they haven't seen her for a while. I work irregular hours and so we do not use Serpil at regular times. She is always my first call when I have to work but she fits us in only when she can so I was surprised to read about spacing issues. I know that she is always someone who takes their job seriously and she is also someone who genuinely loves being around children.

I am very sad to see someone has spent the time to write such an unfair and misleading review of Serpil on such a public site. In my personal opinion these sorts of matters should be dealt with privately.
However I also wanted to add that Serpil looks after both my 2 children on a part time basis and I have witnessed nothing but excellent childcare. Her home is immaculate and extremely spacious with every toy imaginable available to children of alll ages. Both my children settled in instantly and quickly built a great rapport with both Serpil and her lovely assistant. I would be happy to recommend her childcare services to anyone.
I hope that you would spend the time to visit Serpil yourself and see with your own eyes what a fantastic environment our children are in and how happy they are with her.
